How Refund & Dispute Claims Are Processed

Email the Dispute Team
Send an email directly to info@yuyitravelhub.com with your Booking ID / Reference Number in the subject line, along with passenger details and reason for cancellation.
Direct Case Verification
Our dedicated Dispute & Resolution Team directly reviews your ticket or reservation against airline and supplier fare rules within 24 business hours.
Supplier Claim & Approval
We coordinate with the respective airline, hotel, or tour provider to secure maximum eligible waiver or refund approvals under applicable terms.
Direct Credit to Original Source
Once cleared, the approved refund is credited back to your original source of payment (Bank / Card / UPI) within 7 to 14 business days.

General default conditions applicable across different travel segments:
Flight Bookings & Air Tickets
- Refund eligibility is strictly governed by the operating airline's fare rules (Refundable vs Non-refundable ticket categories).
- If a flight is cancelled or rescheduled by the airline by more than the airline's schedule change window, travelers are generally eligible for a full refund or alternate flight, processed directly via our dispute desk.
- Airline cancellation fees and airline administrative penalties apply as per the carrier's published tariffs.
- No-Show situations (failing to check in or report before departure gate closure) are classified as non-refundable by most airlines.
Hotels & Accommodations
- Free cancellation is valid only if requested before the property's explicit cancellation deadline mentioned on your confirmation voucher.
- Non-refundable rates (early bird deals, flash offers, peak season bookings) cannot be refunded once confirmed.
- Unused nights due to delayed check-in or early departure are subject solely to hotel management discretion.
Customized Holiday Packages & Tours
- 30+ days prior to travel: Eligible for partial refund after deducting non-refundable commitments already made to local partners.
- 15 to 29 days prior: Cancellation charges of 50% of package cost apply.
- Less than 14 days or during travel: 100% non-refundable due to guaranteed advance hotel, vehicle, and permit blockings.
Visa Services & Attestations
- Government consular fees, embassy visa submission charges, VFS/BLS charges, and biometric fees are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted, irrespective of visa approval or rejection.
- Yu Yi concierge processing fees are non-refundable once document verification and file preparation have commenced.
Mode of Refund & Settlement
All approved refunds are settled exclusively to the original payment method used during booking (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI ID). Under no circumstances are cash or third-party bank disbursements permitted due to strict anti-money laundering and banking compliance standards.
Standard turnaround for banks to reflect the credit once released by our dispute team is 7 to 14 business days.
Convenience & Gateway Charges
Please note that payment gateway processing fees (charged by third-party financial institutions and payment aggregators such as Razorpay / Cashfree) and convenience charges are non-refundable as they represent real-time digital transaction infrastructure charges incurred at the time of initial payment.
